Uploading bulk imported products

Click Products in the left menu, then select Product List
Click Import

In the popup menu, select which type of product you will be importing into BladePRO.
BladePRO supports two types of products:
Simple products which are a physical item which can be picked and packed in the warehouse
Bundle products which are sold under a SKU which represents multiple simple products, sold together as a kit or multi-pack.
If you need to import both simple and bundle products, these will need to be split up into separate bulk imports
Tip: If you want to make bulk changes to your existing products, click Download List in CSV to open a Microsoft Excel file for your current products which you can edit and re-upload to apply bulk changes.

To bulk import new products click Download the standard CSV template to open the Microsoft Excel template. Each column in the template reflects the product specification which will be imported into BladePRO.
The more information that is provided in the template, the more accurate the import will be. The mandatory fields which must be populated are:
SKU
Name
Barcode
Brand
Singles length
Singles width
Singles height
Singles weight
What it is
What material it’s made of
What it’s used for
Country of origin
HS code
Once the template has been completed, save the file to your device.
Tip: You are able to use your own Microsoft Excel (CSV) file to import products, however this might result in some fields not populating correctly and requiring further data mapping. The CSV template has been designed to streamline this process and match each field correctly.

Either drag or click Select a file to upload the completed CSV template. Once the template has been uploaded, click Next.

In the popup menu, add the following information using the dropdown menu.
Organisation Name
Product Channel
Dimensions Unit of Measurement
Weight Unit of Measurement
Then click Next.
Finalising bulk imported products
Data mapping is the process of ensuring that each column containing information about your products in the uploaded CSV file matches the correct field in BladePRO.
After uploading your CSV file, the data mapping page displays each of the required fields of product information and where this is sourced from your upload. If you have used the CSV template provided by BladePRO, this should automatically map correctly.
To change which column in your upload corresponds to the correct field of product information, click Configure
Check the preview column to make sure that your product information correctly matches the required fields
When you’re happy with the data mapping, click Next.

Tip: If you’re using your own product list and wish to re-use the configuration settings for a future bulk upload, select Yes when prompted to Update Configuration as Template. Otherwise click Skip.
The next step is to review the imported data and to check for any inconsistencies or errors. BladePRO will separate your imported products into valid (successfully mapped) and invalid (errored) data.
You can take the following actions to fix any invalid data:
Click Find & Replace to change all instances of an error, for example due to a typo in the CSV file
Click Delete All Invalid Records to proceed with the import and ignore any invalid products, you can then go back and import these later
Click Back and re-upload the CSV file after making any changes in the file directly
When you’re happy with the data import, click Next.

After the import has processed, a final confirmation will show detailing the number of successfully imported products and products which failed to import.
Click Download CSV of Imported/Failed Records to download a Microsoft Excel file of the Imported/Failed products.
Click Finish to complete the process.

Tip: Download the CSV of Failed Records, amend the file as required and re-upload this as a new bulk import to isolate the failed lines and upload the rest of the required products. You may need to re-configure the data mapping settings for this to be successful.
When the import is complete you will be able to find all successfully imported SKUs in the Product List, which you can navigate by searching or filtering to refine results.
